We use a lightweight, yet powerful, plunge router equipped with a Whiteside #9500 Brass Inlay kit to cut the wood.

The brass kit is the secret for making flawless inlays.  It positions the router bit on one side or the other of a cut line.

Our templates guide the router as it makes exacting cuts... flawlessly!!!

How Does the Process Work?

   * Our goal is to help you craft heirloom quality items using existing inlay techniques

   * The Brass Inlay Kit is the secret to making a plunge router act like a hand held CNC machine

   * Templates are the patterns to guide the plunge router
